a cybersecurity student focused on IoT security, threat analysis, and managing systems
I'm a dedicated student with an interest for learning and a drive to make an impact through technology. My introduction into computers began before I could read, and it has since grown into my full-fledged passion.
I thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy tackling challenging problems, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow both technically and personally.
Outside of academics, I enjoy working on side projects, collaborating with communities, building computers, and staying up to date with the latest technological advancements.

Cybersecurity is more than just securing systems โ it's a way of thinking. Here's some areas I'm most passionate about.
During my Testout PC Pro certification, I messed around with editing user permissions in a interactive environment, this included changing users into roles based on their responsibilities.
In a previous course, I worked with Kali Linux and Metasploitable to practice penetration testing. I exploited vulnerabilities on the target machine and performed privilege escalation as part of the projects.
In a previous course, I built a neural network that was trained to detect faces and highlight them with a bounding box while they moved around.
Iโve been tinkering with computer hardware since I was young and have built many systems over the years. With that experience Iโve become familiar with components, expansion slots, and how hardware choices affect system performance.
Understanding how IoT devices communicate on a network is an important part of security. In a previous role as a network manager, I set up the network and configured device connections such as computers and printer, as well as routinely checking connected device's IP addresses.
